What We Do NOT Collect
Financial & Payment Information: We do not collect, process, or store credit card numbers, bank account information, or tax identification numbers. All financial transactions and tax collections are handled directly by our independent Dealers.

- Logistics & Fulfillment: To provide your installation address and order specifications to our manufacturing partners for the production and shipping of your products.
- Internal Reporting & Analytics: To input order data into our reporting platforms to track sales performance, inventory needs, and business growth.
- Warranty & Support: To maintain a record of your purchase and installation site for long-term warranty verification and customer support.
- Marketing: To send promotional communications and display personalized ads based on your interests.

3. WILL YOUR INFORMATION BE SHARED WITH ANYONE?
We may share information under the following conditions:

4. DATA RETENTION
We retain your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy:
- Lead Data: Typically retained for up to two (2) years.
- Order & Installation Data: Retained for the duration of the product warranty period (or as required by tax and legal record-keeping obligations) to ensure we can provide long-term support for your installation.

15. DATA PROCESSING ADDENDUM(DPA)
Between: Launch Together LLC / Renaissance Patio (“Controller”)
And: 305 Spin & Lansing Building Products (“Processors”)
A. Scope and Purpose
This Addendum applies to the processing of Personal Data (including customer names, installation addresses, and order details) provided by the Controller to the Processors for the purpose of fulfilling orders, providing shipping/logistics, or generating business reports.
B. Processor Obligations
The Processors agree to:
- Limited Use: Process Personal Information only for the specific purposes of fulfilling orders or providing reporting services as instructed by the Controller.
- Confidentiality: Ensure that all employees or contractors authorized to process the data are committed to strict confidentiality.
- Security Measures: Implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures (encryption, firewalls, access controls) to protect the data from unauthorized access or breach.
C. Sub-processing
The Processors shall not outsource the processing of the Controller’s data to a third party (a “Sub-processor”) without:
- Providing prior notification to the Controller.
- Ensuring the Sub-processor is bound by a written contract that offers at least the same level of data protection as this Addendum.
D. Data Subject Rights
The Processor must provide reasonable assistance to the Controller to fulfill requests from customers who wish to access, delete, or correct their personal information (as required by CCPA, CPRA, etc.).
E. Personal Data Breach Notification
In the event of a security breach involving the Controller’s data (e.g., a manufacturer’s database is hacked), the Processors must notify the Controller without undue delay (typically within 48–72 hours) and provide a detailed report of the affected data.
F. Deletion or Return of Data
Upon termination of the business relationship or at the request of the Controller, the Processors must securely delete or return all Personal Data, unless law requires the storage of that data (e.g., for manufacturing safety records or tax purposes).
